Ramster Hall is set within of 20 acres of outstanding gardens which are stunning throughout the year for wedding photography.
Spring weddings
At the start of spring you can enjoy the daffodils, early rhododendrons, the ancient magnolias and the kaleidoscope of flowers along Camellia Walk. Towards the end of April and during May, the garden suddenly transforms with carpets of bluebells and a colourful visual feast as the collection of rhododendrons and azaleas come into full bloom.
Summer weddings
Throughout June and July guests are treated to a quintessentially English courtyard full of roses and other traditional flowers associated with a country style setting. In the garden rhododendrons which range in colour from white and cream to many shades of pink, create a striking contrast with the blue hydrangeas in the garden. The meadows are full of different species of wildflowers including orchids and create a romantic and dreamy backdrop for wedding photography.
Autumn weddings
Autumn then arrives, and the soft shades of summer are replaced with fiery hues of red and russet. Seasonal highlights include the unique 100-year-old avenue of maples which burst into life with coppery orange and vibrant reds to produce an incredible show of autumn colour.
Winter weddings
December and January are tranquil and the garden sleeps while wedding guests gather inside around huge roaring fires looking out at a winter wonderland. February sees the gardens slowly come to life with delightful snowdrops and early spring flowers.
